Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns
2 DAY REPLACEMENT POLICY: ACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR:
- You can return your product within 2 days of delivery if the product is Damaged, Leaking, Tampered, Broken Product or Package
- Product Post Expiration Date
- Incomplete Order / Missing Products
UNACCEPTABLE REASON FOR REPLACEMENT:
- Opened / Used / Altered products.
- Original Packaging (cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
- The Return/ Replacement request is generated after 3 days from the date of delivery.
- The Damaged/ Missing product is reported after 3 days from the date of delivery.
- The product being returned for any other reason apart from manufacturing defect
- Issues such as stomach upset, headache, flavour appeal, flavour difference from one brand to other etc. would not be applicable for return. Please consult with your doctor before buying the product.
IN CASE OF AN ACCEPTABLE REASON FOR REPLACEMENT:
- You will need to notify us within 2 days of receiving your product.
- We will investigate and review your return request within 48 working hours.
- If based on our examination, the product is beyond use and in damaged condition, then we will request you to discard the product. In this case, we will extend you a replacement accordingly.
- In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner.
- After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement accordingly.
- Please note that replacement will depend upon stock availability.
Cancellation & Refunds
Anaki Herbal has no return and no refund policy, product can only get exchange if it get damage in transit or wrong product is delivered or expired product from our end.
At Anaki Herbal we have a very no returns policy. If you find the product is damage or expired then you can exchange it as long as the following conditions are met: It should be unused. The seal o product should not be open and it should not be used, ones the product is opened it can’t be exchange. You must inform in 3 days. (3 days of exchange window, for items displayed ).
Customer need to send the product back to company on their own and ones product received we will dispatch the new one.
Why Have a No Return, No Refund Policy?
These are consumable product there is no guarantee of result so no money back policy, it depends on diet ,exercise and other factors too.
Customer can also buy product for weight loss but there is no gurantee in result.
As the delivery charge of the product is too high and customer should be fully satisfied then only they should purchase the product.
